Processing & Fulfillment

DRAWN. products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared before shipment.

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been fulfilled and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. As a result, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your shipment is processed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@drawnbygod.com.

Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged or there appears to be a fulfillment issue, contact us at hello@drawnbygod.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates, when offered, are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
